ABOUT US
Who We Are
A volunteer suicide prevention project that aims to spread awareness regarding suicide and develop innovative clinical models by conducting research in suicidology and implantation of psychological research. Further, identification and providing volunteer first psychological aid to persons with suicidal ideations. TPS is using a socially integrated approach to prevent suicide by involving individuals in different segments of society such as educational institutions, public, corporate, and health sectors. TPS uses all the segments for awareness or research purposes to reduce suicidal behaviors and ultimately suicide across Pakistan.

UN's SDGs and TPS
The project is contributing to Goal 3 of the SDGs that states “To Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages. Target 3.4 is: By 2030, reduce by one-third premature mortality from non-communicable diseases through prevention and treatment and promote mental health and well-being. Within Target 3.4, suicide rate is an indicator (3.4.2).”

We call ourselves “Abnormal” because we think out of the box all the time, not for us, but for social welfare and bringing innovation to the service of humanity.

We strictly follow the principles of human ethics that serve everyone equally and do not compromise on them because that is our identity.

We respect others’ values irrespective of their race, class, religion, ethnicity or any other identity. Because we believe in humanity.
Social Justice
On each and every level we involve in society, we believe in fairness, and equity because everyone is equal and unique to us.
Empathy
We are nothing without empathy, and understanding the pain of others the backbone of The Project Suicide is empathy.
Pattric & Diana, Adventurers
We had a good time with the team of #projectsuicide to raise awareness about suicide and mental health in general. It is an important topic, and their effort today was a good step toward people spreading the word and changing their minds about mental health.
